Guest Protection

  • We ask that all Guests please follow current CDC Covid-19 guidelines related to social distancing and hand washing.

  • Masks are optional for Guests.

  • Hands should be washed frequently.

  • Personal hand sanitizer is provided in each cabin.

  • Guests are asked to please be mindful of social distancing.

  • Rye Creek Lodge is following the American Hotel and Lodging Association’s industry-accepted Safe Stay cleaning guidelines

  • We continue to observe all recommended CDC guidelines and protocols. 

  • EMPLOYEE PROTECTION • All Employees are trained in and are following all CDC Covid-19 guidelines.

  • Employees will wear masks and gloves when working near guests.

  • Guidelines are in place to ensure employees are healthy before reporting to work.

  • Guest cabins are cleaned and sanitized prior to your visit using ALHA Stay Safe protocols.

What’s your cancellation policy?

  •  Rye Creek Lodge has now resumed its standard cancellation policy.  100% payment is required upon making reservations. Your deposit will be happily refunded if cancellation is made at least 60 days * prior to arrival less a $100.00 processing/cancellation fee. After that, we regret that no refund is possible, regardless of the reason for non-arrival or early departure, unless we are able to re-book the space. You are welcome, of course, to send someone in your place. Rye Creek Lodge highly recommends you purchase trip insurance.
