Cancellation Policy: 

Rye Creek Lodge is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Due to our intimate size, all cancellations and revisions to reservations affect us significantly.  A last-minute cancellation, or date change, gives us little chance of filling the space, due to our remote location. For these reasons, we uphold a strict cancellation policy.  100% payment is required upon making reservations.  Your deposit will be happily refunded if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival in writing less a $200.00 processing/cancellation fee. After that, we regret that no refund is possible, regardless of the reason for non-arrival or early departure, unless we are able to re-book the space. You are welcome, of course, to send someone in your place. Rye Creek Lodge highly recommends that you purchase trip insurance.
Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM.  If arriving after 8:00 PM please call to make arrangements for a late check-in.  If you arrive prior to 4:00 PM to check-in without prior arrangements you may find the office closed. Extra personnel are necessary to prepare cabins for early arrival, therefore if your cabin is ready before 4:00 PM and you arrive early we do have an early check-in fee of $40.00.  Please contact us in advance if you would like to arrive early.  
Check-out: 11:00 AM.  Guests Checking out after Check-out time incur an automatic and irreversible $40.00 fee.
Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
We are a pet free facility! We do not allow pets of any kind in our cabins.
STATE TAX: A tax of 8% applies to all reservations and is collected upon making reservations.
